Mobile time clock
The attendance terminal is directly accessible in the Směny.cz mobile app, allowing employees to check in for shifts, log arrivals, departures, or breaks. This option can be enabled only for company Wi-Fi, allowing check-ins only when employees are connected to your network.
Web-based attendance terminal
Use the attendance terminal on any device with a web browser – whether it’s a tablet, computer, or POS system.
Employees can log in using:
- Personal code
- RFID chip
- Barcode
Employees check in for shifts
If employees have a scheduled shift, they can check in for it.
The system monitors:
- If the employee has a shift
- How many minutes before the shift they can check in
- Automatic check-out if the employee forgets to log out
Track attendance without scheduling shifts
To track attendance, there’s no need to schedule shifts in advance. Employees can simply log in with a personal code or chip upon arrival.
